Full-time Inside Sales Consultant

POSITION SUMMARY

Financial Rescue, LLC, an FTC-compliant marketing service provider for debt relief and tax settlement programs is experiencing record growth and is expanding our sales team. We are seeking experienced inside sales consultants with a proven track record in the ability to quickly follow-up on inbound leads, and guide the customer through the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should be competitive, determined, and a team player. The inside sales consultant role provides an unlimited income potential for motivated individuals by providing prospects customized debt relief solutions that address their financial challenges.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for new leads and guide them through the sales cycle
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

Full-time Business Development Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

Financial Rescue, LLC (FRLLC), an established FTC-compliant marketing service provider for debt relief programs seeks a full-time Business Development Assistant who is results-driven and self-motivated to contribute to and support our growing presence and business.

The Role:

The Business Development Assistant will be responsible for working with the Business Development Team in growing and expanding the company businesses by identifying new strategic business opportunities; new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets, and/or new product or service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and develop strategic opportunities to capture new sales leads and/or new business opportunities
  • Recruit and develop business partners (i.e affiliates and sub-affiliates for debt and tax settlements, merchants services)
  • Research and develop potential products and/or services that can contribute to the growth of the company and its partners
  • Develop publications and/or promotional materials for use in prospecting and presentations to potential clients and business partners
  • Work with Business Development Team to develop and deliver proposals, marketing materials, presentations, event/workshop planning to prospective clientele
  • Liaise between sub/affiliates, business partners, other providers, and company
  • Attend industry functions, conferences, and networking events

Qualifications:

  • Education: Marketing & Business Management
  • Experience: One-year relevant experience in sales and marketing. A deep understanding of marketing principles, strategy development, and implementation
  • Experience with project management, financial planning, and negotiations
  • Good communication skills, and experience with presentations and public speaking

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and build solid relationships with creditors, collection agencies, and attorneys/law firms to negotiate unsecured debts for a reduced settlement amount on clients’ behalf
  • Meet and exceed monthly negotiation standards, goals, and quota
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively
  • Calculate for account analysis and acceptable percentages for successful settlement consistent with company guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze client accounts to determine necessary funds to accurately process settlement and payment of company fees
  • Gather and submit documentation for approval and payment of accounts
  • Coordinate, communicate and educate clients on their account settlement status
  • Account reporting and other tasks required by direct supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Must have an Associate degree

Full-time Social Media Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Social Media specialist with experience writing long and short-form copy for a variety of formats. The individual in this role will work directly with the Director of Marketing to help define the company’s social media strategy and lead the execution across all social channels, generating brand awareness among consumers, and fostering a community.

Must be passionate about social media and understand how to build a community and how content travels on each platform. This role will have the opportunity to offer creative solutions as well as blend strategic thinking and problem-solving with hands-on execution. The individual in this role will also work to help develop a paid social media strategy, quantifying ROI, and ensuring paid campaigns are performing to their greatest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Create content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Write concise, well-polished copy consistent with the company's tone
  • Day-to-day management across social media platforms 
  • Monitor social media and industry landscape for current trends and opportunities
  • Review competitive landscape and provide readouts on industry/competitor trends
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing to develop social media-focused campaigns connected to broader marketing/communication goals
  • Track engagement and other KPIs on all social channels, using data to inform ongoing content strategy
  • Monitor online conversations on social media channels and respond to users/community

Qualifications:

  • Minimum, 2-3 years of social media marketing experience; Ability to communicate thoughtfully, expertly, and engagingly across platforms

  • Strong copywriting skills and a demonstrated ability to craft well-written copy focused on professional services and craft engaging copy across multiple platforms

Full-time IT Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.  Ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.  Respond to computer security breaches and viruses.  Provide technical assistance to our team members.  Answer questions or resolve computer problems for team members in person, or via telephone or electronically.  Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including phone system, CRM, printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs.  
  • Monitor current reports of computer viruses to determine when to update virus protection systems.  
  • Encrypt data transmissions and erect firewalls to conceal confidential information as it is being transmitted and to keep out tainted digital transfers.  
  • Perform risk assessments and execute tests of data processing system to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures.  
  • Modify computer security files to incorporate new software, correct errors, or change individual access status.  
  • Review violations of computer security procedures and discuss procedures with violators to ensure violations are not repeated.  
  • Document computer security and emergency measures policies, procedures, and tests.  
  • Confer with team members to discuss issues such as computer data access needs, security violations, and programming changes.  
  • Monitor use of data files and regulate access to safeguard information in computer files.  
  • Coordinate implementation of computer system plan with establishment personnel and outside vendors.  
  • Train team members and/or other users and promote security awareness to ensure system security and to improve server and network efficiency.  
  • Answer team member inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, and provide technical assistance and support.
  • Assess and track compliance with regulatory and legal requirements relevant to our business such as the CCPA, GLBA, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Coordinate with 3rd party audits.
  • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.  

Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is highly desirable 
  • 2+ years of work experience in information security, especially in a network security analyst role
